COPE Insurance is an insurance broker and advisor. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite insurance policies. All policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers. Coverage decisions and claims payments are made by the insurance carriers, not by COPE Insurance.
No Warranty
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall COPE Insurance, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
